Who you are buying from

SÉVRA is a trading name registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by UAE law, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates dirhams and include VAT at the prevailing rate, as UAE law requires. The price you see is the price you pay, before any delivery charge shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, but never after an order is confirmed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.

We may decline an order where a product is out of stock, where a price has been listed in obvious error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. Payment is refunded in full in every such case.

Product descriptions

Our pieces are 18K gold plated over 316L stainless steel. They are not solid gold and we do not describe them as such anywhere.

Photography is colour-managed but screens differ. Minor variation in tone between the image and the piece is normal and is not a fault.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
