What we collect

Only what an order needs, plus what you choose to give us.

• Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
• Marketing data: your email address, only if you subscribe, and only until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics: aggregated page views and device type. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels that follow you off this site.

Why we hold it

To fulfil and deliver your order, to handle returns, to meet UAE tax record-keeping requirements, and — with consent — to send you the newsletter.

Who we share it with

Our courier receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Our payment provider processes your payment. Our email platform holds your address if you subscribe.

Nobody else. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fromsevra.com and we will action it within thirty days.

Deletion requests are honoured except where UAE tax law requires us to retain invoice records, which we must keep for five years.

Cookies

We use functional cookies to remember your bag between visits, and nothing else. Your bag is stored in your own browser and never reaches our servers until you check out.
