Every order gets a tracking link by SMS and email the moment it ships. If it has been more than two working days without one, send us your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Write to us within two hours of ordering and we can almost always catch it before dispatch. After that the courier can usually redirect once it is in transit.
